I’m passionate about fitness, wellness and holistic healing.
By day, I work in marketing, and by heart, I’m a certified personal trainer, Pilates coach, and events lover.
I’ve always believed wellness is more than workouts and green smoothies — it’s about finding strength, balance, and joy in the middle of our beautifully messy lives. That’s why I created The Wellmess Society — to share nourishing recipes, Pilates and muscle-building tips, astrology insights, rituals, and events that bring women together.
Because wellness doesn’t have to be perfect. Life is busy, chaotic, and sometimes a little messy. And that’s okay. ✨

I believe everything in our body is connected — and true wellness means keeping the body, mind, and soul in harmony. Women are fabulous, and our bodies are so smart. I love syncing workouts and diet with my cycle, flowing with the moon, and using astrology as a guide to better understand ourselves.
I also believe that many of our struggles — sickness, fatigue, pain — can come from emotions we haven’t healed. We carry trauma, grief, guilt, and stress in our bodies, and movement, rituals, and self-awareness can help us release them.
